This is Your Royal Shine-ness with Servin' Up Sparkle layered over it. Pure glitter heaven! hahaha This is a link to my post about Your Royal Shine-ness by it self (here). I used two coats of Your Royal Shine-ness and two coats of Servin' Up Sparkle. Servin' Up Sparkle is a clear base with small glitter and medium silver hologram glitter. In the bottle it looks amazing. On top of Your Royal Shine-ness it's a little less noticeable, it would be more noticeable over a plain colour. It's a gorgeous glitter, not like anything I have.
